Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://unhingedcleaningco.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning provided by Unhinged Cleaning Co.. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Unhinged Cleaning Co. or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Unhinged Cleaning Co. does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unhinged Cleaning Co.'s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Unhinged Cleaning Co. in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Unhinged Cleaning Co. against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AL.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
